5. If you require word or power point reports, we can extract information (both qualitative and quantitative) from the Feedback Strands portal, analyze it as per your requirements and send it to you on a regular basis.
6. Our technology platform can be integrated with your internal data. There is scope to integrate our service with opinions available through internal data sources like sales & service reports, customer complaints, suggestions, call centers, etc. This data can be analyzed independently or integrated with the current platform.
